Dear Customer Airlines:

In accordance with the requirements of Shanghai Anti-drug Committee on the issuance of “The Notice on Printing and Distributing the Trial Measures of Shanghai Municipality for Collection and Administration of Information on Articles of Key Concern in Drug Control” (see Annex I), as of 0:00 on 1st April 2021, the relevant enterprises and institutions that engage in transportation of the chemicals of key concern shall upload required information to the Information Collection System within 7days from the date of the actual transport occurs, including name of actual carrier, unified social credit, commodity name, quantity, pickup/delivery address, means of transport, consignor/consignee, consignee identity information and contact details etc.

Therefore, as of 1st April 2021, all airlines are requested to inform us of the cargo transportation information in advance before carrying the relevant cargo by email dd.customerservice@pactl.com and Tel: +86 21 86341604.  Please refer to Annex I for the list of articles of key concern in drug control in Shanghai and other specific matters.
