In January 2021, North-Western Cargo International Airlines Co., Ltd(CO)is to join PACTL family as our new airline partner. Founded in 2016, North-Western Cargo International Airlines Co., Ltd is the first local cargo airline in Shaanxi Province, it is main operating base in Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, mainly engaged in domestic and international air cargo transportation business and related aviation logistics business.

As of January 2021, North-Western Cargo International Airlines Co., Ltd plans to serve cargo flight for PVG-XIY route with B737-300F, scheduled for 5 flights per week. PACTL T2 has contracted to offer ground handling service for its cargo services since Jan 2021.
