In beginning of 2020, PACTL has first  new customer airline- Loongair (GJ). Founded in 2011, Loongair now operates both passenger flights and freighters business and .mainly based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

As of 10th Jan 2020, Loongair started  to serve  passenger flight for PVG-LJG route with A320, scheduled for 7 flights per week. PACTL T2 has contracted to offer ground handling service for its cargo since 16th Jan 2020.
