On 23 May 2019, Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Center (SRICI) officially launched its Testing Center Branch at PACTL West.

As an authority institute for aviation dangerous goods testing, SRICI has rich professional experience in testing and identification. Since the launching of SRICI testing center, all of outbound cargo operated by PACTL and PACTL West is available for fast on-site testing for chemicals and 24h emergency disposal for chemicals and DG with a convenient, professional, accuracy service. It will help to further enhance safety and security for air cargo transportation and air defense security.
