Dear Customer Airlines,

 In October, we adjusted trucking services of Intl. import transshipments from PVG to Wuhan, Hefei, Qingdao, Suzhou and Dalian according to Customs requirements. But there were still some overdue transshipments (rejected by other destinations) caused by incorrect declaration information or late confirmation for trucking service charge by several airlines. For this kind of transshipments, we only can request airlines to return or change destination. Therefore, to meet transfer time limit of destination Customs, we think airlines should  pay special attention to this time request and highly cooperate. Till now, several destination Customs already confirmed the transfer time: Wuhan(72 hours), Hefei(48 hours), from arrival time to the time of finishing declaration at final destination.

Meantime, PVG Customs also pay same kind of attention to the transfer time of transshipments with PVG as arrival transfer airport, relevant airlines should well coordinate with departments involved to speed up transfer time.
