Dear Customer Airlines,

As informed by Express Division of PVG Customs, starting from 16:00, 14FEB, the export express cargo will be transported by the third party trucking company entrusted by ground handling agent, instead of forwarding agents. Commercial seals will be also used onto the transporting vehicles.

Therefore, all procedures for export express cargo like sealing, unsealing, handover, documentation will be influenced by this change. Please do relevant arrangement according to Operation Measures of Export/Import Express Transportation.
