Dear Customer Airlines,

Due to important event & activity, Beijing Municipal Government will implement traffic control temporally for all vehicles without local license plates, effective from 20 August to 3 September. 

During the said time period, PACTL will also do some changes to trucking service to Beijing as follows:

1)    Truck flights departure time will be: 22:00, 19^th, 21^st, 23^rd, 25^th, 29^th and 31^st;

2)    Requirements of shipments: single piece within 12.5m x 2.42m x 2.40m, under 8 tons, general cargo;

3)    Embargo for special goods like DG, and temperature-sensitive goods;

4)    Operating truck type only refers to container truck, not include roller-bed truck, open truck and air suspension truck.  

5)    The above adjustments are also applicable for 2^nd. transfer cargo via Beijing.

Meantime, Traffic Management Department will randomly set up checkpoints; the actual time of arrival will be impacted.
