Dear Forwarding Agents,

According to the communication on Cargo Security Management Workshop, we takes following measures to those issues forwarding agents mostly concerned:

1, On the Loading Sheet for agents’ build-up units delivery, agent staff have to write down the time when they called PACTL staff to pick up, not the actual handover time.

2, PACTL is not providing stairs for agent buildup, but we can store them in our warehouse-extensions.

3, If agents register the camera to security department at entrance, it’s allowed for agents to take pictures in our warehouse.

4, Agents can present the documents first for a pre-check at PACTL document counter.

In addition, as an IATA accredited Dangerous Goods Regulations Training School, PACTL suggests forwarding agents get your buildup staff DGR trained to increase awareness of hidden DG and regulate Lithium battery operation, in order to further improve service quality and safety.
