The Decision of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Amending the Shanghai Dangerous Chemical Products Safety Management Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") has been adopted at the 14th Executive meeting of the Shanghai Municipal Government. Accordingly, PACTL & PACTL West will resume the delivery of flammable and explosive dangerous goods during the high temperature period in summer as of today.

In order to ensure the safety of dangerous goods transportation and minimize and avoid potential safety risks, it is suggested that the consignees should avoid flammable and explosive dangerous goods to be exposed to direct sunlight during taking delivery, and complete the delivery process and leave site as soon as possible.
